SMS NOTIFICATION PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Advantage Sealing Systems Inc. (“ASSI”) internal inventory alert SMS notification program (the “Program”).
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Program sends automated SMS text message alerts to designated ASSI personnel when a tracked Ground Goods inventory item drops below its configured minimum stock threshold, so the item can be reordered from the appropriate vendor.
ELIGIBILITY
This Program is intended solely for internal ASSI employees who have been assigned inventory ordering responsibilities. It is not a consumer-facing or marketing messaging program.
CONSENT
Participants are informed directly by their supervisor or system administrator that they will receive operational SMS alerts as part of their assigned job responsibilities, and verbally confirm agreement before their number is added to the Program.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on inventory conditions and is not sent on a fixed schedule.
