Cold Crack Filler

A highly modified asphalt crack sealant ideally suited for use on California streets and highways where heavy traffic is a concern. This Parking lot Type 1 crack sealant is highly modified which results in high stiffness and flexural properties. Ingredients include asphalt and modifiers, including virgin synthetic and reclaimed rubber. Recommended for use by public and private agencies where a firm, yet pliable, fast curing material is required. This cold applied sealant is pliable, firm and fast curing.
