This section describes how Advantage Sealing Systems Inc. (“ASSI,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects mobile phone number information in connection with our internal inventory alert SMS notification program (the “Program”).
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect mobile phone numbers of ASSI personnel who are responsible for ordering and managing Ground Goods inventory items. Phone numbers are provided directly by the employee or entered by an authorized ASSI administrator as part of that employee’s assigned job responsibilities.
HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION
Mobile phone numbers collected through this Program are used solely to send automated SMS notifications when a tracked inventory item drops below its designated stock threshold. Message content includes the item name, current quantity, threshold quantity, and applicable vendor ordering information.
NO SHARING OF MOBILE INFORMATION
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, including affiliates, for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers collected in connection with this Program are used exclusively for the internal operational alert purpose described above and are not sold, rented, or shared with outside companies or organizations.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies and is triggered only by inventory events — specifically, when a tracked item’s stock level falls below its configured threshold. Messages are not sent on a recurring or scheduled basis.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging charges from the recipient’s mobile carrier may apply to messages sent through this Program.
OPT-OUT
Recipients may reply STOP at any time to any message to opt out of receiving further SMS notifications through this Program. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.
